Admission to BPT is through the BPT application process conducted by Shri Govind Guru University (SGGU) Godhra. There is no common entrance exam for admission to BPT. The admission process is based on merit. The marks obtained by the candidate in the 10+2 final examination. Shri Govind Guru University Godhra accept admission on the basis of the Shri Govind Guru University (SGGU) Godhra own entrance exam.

BPT cutoff determines the percentage of marks required for a student to be considered for admission into a BPT course. BPT course cutoff is the merit grade in the BPT admission process for students to get admission into various medical colleges in India. Moreover, it is the main criterion for granting admission to BPT courses in India. BPT cutoff is based on the number of students appearing for the entrance exam, previous year cutoffs, and question papers. Graduates of BPT course can choose to continue further studies after graduation.

The Consortium shall issue an advertisement in two English and two Gujarati prominent newspapers widely circulated in the state, invite applications from the eligible candidates on the management seats. The Consortium by advertisement, shall notify the date of issue of application forms. Centers from where the application forms may be obtained and to which to be submitted, the last date for submission of application forms, details of fees to be paid, eligibility criteria, and the number of seats available for admission on the management seats. All the management seats shall be filled in by the Consortium under supervision of the Admission Committee by a single-window system based on an inter-se merit list of the candidates to be admitted against the management seats and whose name appears in the merit list prepared by the Admission Committee.
