Pioneer Physiotherapy College (PPC) it is run by Om Gayatri Education and Charitable Trust since 2008 and is affiliated to Shri Govind Guru University (SGGU) Godhra. recognized by Government of Gujarat. This college is also recognized by Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy ( GSCPT ).
Classrooms: The air-conditioned lecture halls with a seating capacity of 60 are fitted with OHP, slide projector and data projector.
Laboratories: Practical training is a crucial aspect of physiotherapy education. Colleges often have well-equipped anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics laboratories where students can gain hands-on experience.
Library: The library houses around 500 books and journals which help students and faculty to enrich themselves with the latest developments in research. The library also has internet facility, many e-books and other database for the development of teaching staff and students.
Rehabilitation Centers: Pioneer Physiotherapy College has an associated Out Patient Department (OPD) established within the New Life Hospital in the year 2008 which is also situated inside the campus.There are, Orthopaedic, Neuro and Paediatric and Cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic Physiotherapy departments.It serves 50 patients/day on an average and has been an immense source of clinical knowledge and exposure required for the hand-on training of Physiotherapy Program.

Seats Available for Admission-
A. Government Seats,- (i) All the sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the Government Schools, Colleges or Institutions of the State, (ii) All the sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the grant-in-aid Schools, Colleges, or Institutions. (iii) Seventy-five percent of the total sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the unaided Schools, Colleges, or Institutions. |
B. Management Seats,- (i) Twenty-five percent. seats of the total sanctioned seats including fifteen percent Non-Resident Indian seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the unaided Schools, Colleges, Institutions, or University: Provided that if any management seat remains vacant, such seat shall be filled in as the available Government seat. (ii} Before commencement of admission process, if any unaided School, College, or institution including university requests to fill up the Management Seats by the Admission Committee. such Management Seats shall also be considered as available government seats for granting admission. |
C. Non-Resident Indian(NRI) Seats- (I) Fifteen percent seats of the total sanctioned seats of the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses in the unaided Schools, Colleges, Institutions or a University: Provided that if a Non-Resident Indian seat remains vacant, such seat shall be filled as Managements seat. {ii) Before commencement of admission process, if any unaided School. After registration process, GPNAMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates. The candidate needs to verify the merit number and category as mentioned in the registration details.
Preparation of merit list for admission.-
The merit list of candidates who have applied for admission in the prescribed form, within the prescribed time limit and who are found eligible for admission under these rules, shall be prepared in me following manner, namely;
(1) Two separate merit lists of all eligible candidates belonging to Science stream and General stream shall be prepared. The applicant of the science stream shall be given the first preference, The applicant of the general stream shall be considered after the exhaustion of the merit list of the science stream. |
(2) The criteria for deciding marks of merit shall be- (a) Total percentage of theory marks physics, Chemistry, and Biology / Mathematics subject$ for science stream (b) The total percentage obtained in Higher Secondary Certificate Examination for general stream. |
(3) The Admission Committee shall prepare and publish different merit lists as (i) The first merit list shall include the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the Gujarat Board. Merit list of reserved category candidates shall be prepared separately. (ii) The second merit list consist of a merit list of the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the Central Board; New Delhi. A merit list of reserved category candidates shall be prepared separately. (iii) The Third merit list shall consist of a merit list of the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. A merit list of reserved category candidates shall be prepared separately. (iv) The fourth merit list shall consist of a merit list of the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from, the International School Board (International Baccalaureate and Cambridge), Merit list of reserved category candidates shall be prepared separately, (v) The fifth merit list shall consist of a merit list of 1he candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the National Institute of Open Schooling. A merit list of reserved category candidates shall be prepared separately. |
After merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round. The first round of choice filling will be a Mock round, based on the analysis given candidate should modify their choices or add more choices for actual rounds, if required. After the choice filling period is over, the GPNAMECwill process the allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website. The candidates can view their status of allotment by login into their own User ID. There will be multiple rounds of counseling.

The candidate has to pay the requisite amount of tuition fee by cash / DD at any of the designated branches of Axis Bank or through online payment within the time limit specified by the GPNAMEC.
The Consortium shall issue an advertisement in two English and two Gujarati prominent newspapers widely circulated in the state, invite the application form from the eligible candidates for admission to the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses on the management seats. The Consortium by advertisement shall notify the date of issue of application forms. centers from where the application forms may be obtained and to where to be submitted, last date for submission of application forms, details of fees to be paid, and eligibility criteria and numbers of, seats available for admission on the management seats. All the management seats shall be filled in by the Consortium under supervision of the Admission Committee by a single-window system on the basis of an inter-se merit list of the candidates to be admitted against the management sears and whose name appears in the merit list prepared by the Admission Committee.
The Institution shall issue advertisement in one English and two Gujarati leading newspapers Inviting applications with details of the fees to be paid, eligibility criteria, and a number of seats available in Non-resident Indian seats. Candidates shall provide necessary documentary evidence of proof showing Non- Resident Indian Status of their own parents. Candidates passing qualifying examination from abroad shall have to produce an equivalence certificate from the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, or Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.
