The admission counseling for all Health Science courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, and BP&O in any Health Science Educational Institution within a State or Union Territory including institutions established by the Central Government, State Government, Universities, Trusts, Societies, Minority Institutions, Corporations, or Companies—shall be conducted exclusively by the respective State or Union Territory Government. This centralized counseling process will function under the overall supervision, direction, and authority of the concerned State or Union Territory Government to ensure transparency and uniformity in admissions.

Online Application Form Filling Process
Steps to Fill the Application:
a) Fill in required details including a valid mobile number and email. OTP will be sent for verification.
b) Enter all details carefully system will check for mandatory fields.
c) Read the declaration thoroughly and click "I Agree" only if you accept all conditions:

e) Once submitted, no changes can be made. Double-check all entries.
f) Pay the non-refundable application fee (₹1000/₹5000/₹6000 as applicable).
g) Print and keep the payment receipt, application form, and information brochure.
h) Do not send any hard copies to the office.
i) Upload all required documents after successful form submission.
ONLINE DOCUMENT UPLOADING PROCESS & LIST OF DOCUMENTS: Document uploading must be completed on the official website using the candidate’s registered username and password. All required documents should be uploaded online either at the time of submitting the application or prior to the document verification process.

Counseling Rounds:-
Candidates seeking admission to BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, and BP&O courses must have qualified NEET-UG 2025 to be eligible for the selection process. All eligible candidates are required to register within the specified period announced in the official notification for the NEET-UG 2025 admission process for State Quota seats, which are managed by the Commissioner, State CET Cell. Registration is mandatory and can be done prior to Round 1 and again before Round 3 of the counseling process.

For 15% Institutional Quota of Courses other than MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS & BUMS, all seats are filled by the respective Institute.
