Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, is a prestigious state university established with the aim of advancing and promoting health sciences education and research in Rajasthan. Founded in 2005, RUHS oversees and affiliates numerous medical, dental, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and paramedical colleges across the state. BPT Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must be residents of India. They should have passed the 10+2 examination (Senior Secondary examination) or an equivalent examination with Science stream, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects. Candidates belonging to the General category must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in these subjects, while candidates belonging to SC/ST categories must have secured at least 40% aggregate marks. It is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to BPT courses in constituent colleges, government colleges, government self-financed colleges, and private colleges affiliated with RUHS, Jaipur, and MMU, Jodhpur to appear in the RUHS CUET 2025. Admissions will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of RUHS, Jaipur, the directions of the State Government, and any applicable orders of the Hon'ble Court. A candidate must have completed the age of 17 years but not completed 28 years in case of females and 25 years in case of males on or before 31stDecember, 2025.

MPT Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from a recognized university. It is typically required that candidates have secured at least 50% marks in their BPT program to be eligible for MPT admission. Additionally, candidates must have completed a compulsory six-month internship after finishing their BPT degree. Proof of internship completion is usually mandatory at the time of counseling or admission.

RUHS COMMON UNDERGRADUATE ENTRANCE TEST (RUHS CUET-2025)

  • A common merit list will be prepared strictly based on the scores obtained in the RUHS CUET-2025-26. Admissions will be offered according to the candidate’s score and the order of choices/options filled during the online counselling process.
  • The entrance examination will be conducted in offline mode (MCQ-based) with a duration of 120 minutes, available in both English and Hindi languages. The exam center will be located in Jaipur city. However, RUHS reserves the right to set up additional centers within Rajasthan if needed.
  • In case of any discrepancy in any question, the English version of the question will be considered final and binding.
  • Details regarding the admission test and syllabus are available on the official RUHS website.
  • The examination will consist of 100 objective-type questions with the following tentative distribution: 33 questions from Physics, 33 from Chemistry, and 34 from Biology/Mathematics. Each question will have four answer options, with only one correct answer. Candidates will be awarded (+1) mark for each correct response. No marks will be deducted for incorrect or unattempted questions (no negative marking).
  • After completing the test, candidates will be allowed to retain the question paper and the carbon copy of the OMR sheet for their reference.
  • Admit cards will be available for download from the RUHS website only; they will not be sent by post individually to candidates.
  • All candidates must appear for the RUHS CUET-2025 at their own expense. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the examination. Participation in the entrance test does not guarantee admission to the courses offered by RUHS, Jaipur, and MMU, Jodhpur.
  • Any candidate found using unfair means during the entrance examination will be disqualified immediately. Further action, as deemed necessary by RUHS, will also be taken. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Choice Filling:

  • After the declaration of the RUHS CUET-2025 results, eligible candidates will be permitted to participate in the online counselling process.
  • Candidates will be required to fill in their choices for courses and colleges in order of preference.
  • Detailed guidelines for filling choices and making the online payment of the counselling fee will be made available on the RUHS website in due course.

Admission Procedure:

  • Admissions will be made strictly based on the merit list prepared according to the scores obtained in RUHS CUET-2025 and the order of choices/options filled by the candidates during the online counselling process. Candidates are strongly advised to exercise their choices/options carefully.
  • Candidates are also advised to regularly visit the RUHS website (www.ruhsraj.org) for the latest updates and information regarding the admission process.

Important note: If at any stage, it is found that a non-eligible candidate is admitted to a course, then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled on such detection. Apenal action may also be initiated against such candidate.

JOINING AT ALLOTTED COLLEGE AND DEPOSITING OF FEES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS

  • At the time of reporting to the allotted college, candidates must carry a printed copy of the allotment letter. They are required to deposit the prescribed fee and submit the original documents along with one set of attested photocopies of the required documents.
  • The colleges will be provided with the list of allotted candidates and will verify their credentials by checking the original documents and certificates as per the list.
  • Candidates who fail to report or join the allotted college after Round 1 will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent rounds of online counselling.

  1. Proof of transaction or online payment receipt.
  2. Date of Birth Certificate – either the 10th class mark sheet or the birth certificate.
  3. Marksheet of 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) or its equivalent qualification.
  4. Copy of a valid photo ID (such as Driving License, PAN Card, Voter ID, Government/PSU Card, School ID Card, 12th Class Examination Admit Card, or Aadhar Card).
  5. Four passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in the application form).
  6. Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan (if applicable).
  7. Caste Certificate and Sub-category Certificate (if applicable).
  8. PwD (Persons with Disabilities) Certificate (if applicable).
  9. EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate (if applicable).
  10. Defence Certificate (if applicable).
  11. Migration Certificate (if applicable).
  12. Any other relevant certificate(s) (if applicable).
