Victoria Jubilee College of Physiotherapy, managed by the Victoria Jubilee Dispensary Society and affiliated with Gujarat University, offers a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) program recognized by the Government of Gujarat and the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy (GSCPT). The college boasts a comprehensive infrastructure that supports both academic and clinical excellence. It features modern classrooms and lecture halls equipped with audio-visual aids, specialized anatomy and physiology labs with cadavers, models, and specimens for hands-on learning, and well-equipped physiotherapy labs housing ultrasound machines, electrical stimulators, and exercise devices. A well-stocked library offers a rich collection of books, journals, and research resources. Clinical training is enhanced through simulated care units, partnerships with nearby hospitals and rehabilitation centers via MOUs, and the college’s own rehabilitation facilities, enabling students to gain real-world experience. Additionally, the institution provides computer labs with relevant software for research and analysis, a cafeteria, recreational and sports areas for both relaxation and practical training in sports physiotherapy, and hostel facilities with essential amenities for residential students.

1. Std. 12th (HSC) Mark sheet
2. Std. 10th (SSC) Mark sheet
3. Document showing the place of birth& Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship: School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate / Passport / Birth Certificate
4. For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Cast certificate issued by the Authorities of Gujarat State only ( IF APPLIED)
5. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued on or after 01/04/2017 by the Authorities of Gujarat State only ( IF APPLIED)
6. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only (IF APPLIED)
7. Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority, subject to verification by Medical Board of GPNAMEC ( IF APPLIED)

PREPARATION AND PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST:-

After the registration process, GPNAMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates. The candidate must verify the merit number and category mentioned in the registration details.

Preparation of merit list for admission.-

The merit list of candidates who have applied for admission in the prescribed form, within the prescribed time limit and who are found eligible for admission under these rules, shall be prepared in me following manner, namely;

ONLINE CHOICE FILLING & ALLOTMENT OF ADMISSION:-

After the merit declaration, the choice filling will be initiated online for each round. The first round of choice filling will be a Mock round, based on the analysis given candidate should modify their choices or add more choices for actual rounds, if required. After the choice filling period is over, the GPNAMEC will process the allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website. The candidates can view their status of allotment by login into their own User ID. There will be multiple rounds of counseling.

PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES:-

The candidate has to pay the requisite tuition fee by cash / DD at any of the designated branches of Axis Bank or through online payment within the time limit specified by the GPNAMEC.

B. Management Seats-

The Consortium shall issue an advertisement in two English and two Gujarati prominent newspapers widely circulated in the state, invite applications from the eligible candidates for admission to the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses on the management seats. The Consortium by advertisement, shall notify the date of issue of application forms. Centers from where the application forms may be obtained and to which to be submitted, the last date for submission of application forms, details of fees to be paid, eligibility criteria, and the number of seats available for admission on the management seats. All the management seats shall be filled in by the Consortium under supervision of the Admission Committee by a single-window system based on an inter-se merit list of the candidates to be admitted against the management seats and whose name appears in the merit list prepared by the Admission Committee.

C. Non-Resident Indian Seats.

The Institution shall issue advertisements in one English and two Gujarati leading newspapers Inviting applications with details of the fees to be paid, eligibility criteria, and a number of seats available in Non-resident Indian seats. Candidates shall provide necessary documentary evidence of proof showing Non- Resident Indian Status of their own parents. Candidates passing qualifying examination from abroad shall have to produce an equivalence certificate from the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, or Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.
